Diagram illustrating the overlapping fields of cell biology, biophysics, mechanobiology, and bioengineering. The diagram shows various scales from nanometers to millimeters and describes processes like cytoskeletal crosstalk, adhesion, migration, mechanochemical signaling, and tissue organization over minutes to days. Four micrographs of cellular structures are displayed below the diagram.
